Click the Meetings tab, then click the toggle for Hide user personal information in contact details to off (the default setting is on).
For this example, click Account Settings.
You can use the Zoom Rooms location hierarchy to configure this setting from the account, location, or room settings. Click Room Management, then click Zoom Rooms. The user's PMI URL may optionally include the encoded meeting passcode (if a passcode is set for the PMI).The PMI must be detectable, and it must be populated in the Location field for users to select the tappable PMI link. The user’s Location field must include a valid PMI URL.
This feature refers to how it is being implemented in Zoom Rooms.
This functionality already exists in the Zoom desktop client. This feature allows the Zoom Room to easily find and join the user’s PMI. When the contact is selected from the contact list on the Zoom Room controller, the PMI link will be displayed in the contact details under Location. Users can insert a hyperlink of their personal meeting link in the Location field in their profile on the Zoom web portal. Zoom Room Controllers now displays a join link for a user's Personal Meeting ID (PMI), using the feature Join Personal Meeting ID.
